By using TripNoble, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

TripNoble aggregates publicly available travel industry news and editorial content from third-party publishers. We provide original, independently written summaries with source attribution and direct links to the original source articles. We do not reproduce full articles or paywalled content.

TripNoble membership is free of charge. Creating an account gives you access to member-only content and personalization features. We do not currently sell paid subscriptions through the service. Members may delete their account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes their account and associated records.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. TripNoble reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or automate access to TripNoble in a way that disrupts service;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload malware, spam or unlawful content;
• attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.

TripNoble’s branding, summaries, original thumbnails and software are owned by TripNoble. Third-party article titles and the underlying original works remain the property of their respective publishers. TripNoble publishes only its own paraphrased summaries and its own TripNoble-produced thumbnail images, and does not reproduce publishers' article text or images.

TripNoble is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that summaries are complete, error-free or that the site will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripNoble shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

TripNoble may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
